A Chilean shepherd's pie, perfect dish for potluck

Minced beef filling:
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp thyme
2 bayleaves
325 gram True Aussie Beef minced
1/4 tsp all spice powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp sugar
10 pcs green olive
3 pcs boiled egg, chopped
50 gram raisin
200 ml water
1 tbsp cooking oil
Pie:
250 gram potato, mashed
150 gram sweet potato, mashed
100 ml milk
50 gram margarine
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Method
Instructions
Filling: sautee onion, thyme and bayleaves. Add in minced beef and stir well until thoroughly cooked.
Add in all spice powder, salt, pepper, sugar and green olives. Stir well. Add water and cooked until thickened and add in raisins. Put filling mixture in a casserole dish.
Mix all Pie ingredients and top on the filling inside the casserole dish.
Bake for 40 minutes in 170oC oven.
Tips: use filling mixture for pasta topping for a simple and quick dinner.
